Lanla’s experience management platform offers an at-a-glance dashboard and an overview of results, filtered according to the user’s access level. The filters are customized based on your company’s needs.

The platform has Five main tabs that allow you to glean various details about the results obtained. The data presented are user access dependent.

• Dashboard
  • Overview: The platform’s main dashboard provides an overview of the results with a module/widget.
  • Statistics: This provides extra statistics addons to a particular project which can focus on details such as Emails, Completed Surveys, Daily Hourly breakdowns and more.
• Results
  • The results page provides the results for individual questionnaires and their pending status. This page has filters that make it easy to locate any questionnaires for a specific branch or period of time.
• Alerts:
  • The Alerts page provides information on the Alert status of the questionnaires. This page also allows access to view individual alerts.
• Trends
  • This tab allows you to visually present the results of the measured variables for different periods (line graph) based on pre-defined filters.

• Reports
  • Five basic report types are available on the platform and can be exported in Excel, PDF or CVS format.
