The satisfaction rate by category/section refers to the level of satisfaction of your customers for each survey section (or theme).

These satisfaction rates provide you with more details about your customers’ satisfaction since it measures it according to specific themes. For a given section, it represents the average of all scores obtained out of 100 for that section for the selected period. Therefore, the result will vary between 0 and 100. The closer the result is to 100, the higher the level of satisfaction of your customers for that section.
