It is possible to receive a notification for a new review, an updated review or an answered review online. This notification is important if you want to reply to your reviews yourself and ensure an optimal response time.

1) Access to user settings

• Click on your user icon in the top right of your screen
• Select the Settings option.

2) Add a notification

• Go to the Hexia Local Alert Notifications section
• Click Add

• Notification types: in the notification type dropdown menu, select Review
• Check the type of notification you want to receive. We recommend the following:
  • Updated reviews
  • New reviews
• Select how you want to receive your notifications: by email or by system alert. We suggest always receiving them by email to be notified in a timely manner
• Click Add.

3) Deleting a notification

• Click the 🗑️ trash icon on the right of the notification you want to delete and confirm.
