What is the purpose of this approach?

This section allows you to compare your company’s performance against that of your main competitors.

Customers who have had a recent experience with one of your competitors should indicate whether their last experience was more satisfactory at your establishment or at your competitor’s, or whether the two experiences were equivalent.

In this way, you can determine – for the network or for a territory – which competitor(s) you perform best against and which one(s) you perform worst against.
