This fall we’ll roll out new features that will allow you to easily sort and find data on the dashboard and the detailed results page.

Improved location  filters

It will now be possible to create group branches, whether it is grouping of point of sales for specific sale territories, geographical regions or operational groups, and to select these branch groups and/or point of sales to filter results.

Improved  time filters

For the calendar filter, it will now be possible to select a predefined period of time (e.g. current week, previous month, etc.)

Export

The Export button will allow you to download the data in an Excel format. Other formats will be available in future deployments.

Advanced filters

With the advanced filters, you will be able to refine your results even further. Filters such as NPS and overall satisfaction will be added to the list of available filters.
