This dashboard allows businesses to monitor their online presence across various platforms. Here’s how it works:

1. Your Package

This section displays the number and types of platforms where your business is listed, including:

  • Search engines (Google, Microsoft Bing)
  • Social networks (Facebook)
  • Mapping and navigation services (Apple Maps, Waze, Uber, Garmin, MapQuest, CoPilot)
  • Online directories (Yellow Pages, Hotfrog, TripAdvisor, Foursquare, CanPages, InfoConnect, Brownbook, etc.)
  • Voice assistance services (Alexa)

2. Online Presence

This section shows an online presence indicator, represented as a percentage, reflecting the accuracy of your listings based on three key criteria:

  • Name: Consistency of the business name across all platforms
  • Address: Accuracy and uniformity of listed addresses
  • Phone: Accuracy of displayed contact numbers

This indicator helps assess whether your business information is properly distributed and consistent across platforms.

  • A low percentage signals a need to update your data to improve online visibility.
  • A high percentage indicates a strong level of consistency or accuracy, which is the desired outcome.
