Creating your account

You can Create / Activate your account in two different ways:

An Administrator sends you your account information:

  1. You’ll receive an email with a temporary password.
  2. Your username is the email address to which the email was sent (your email will already be written in the Email field).
  3. You’ll need to enter the temporary password.
  4. You’ll need to enter your new password and confirm it (please note: the password requirements are 8 minimum characters, 1 Upper case, 1 Lower case, 1 Digit and 1 Special Character)
  5. Then select sign in.
  6. Finally, you can bookmark https://portal.hexia.app for quick access to the platform.

You create your own account:

  1. Login to https://portal.hexia.app
  2. From the Login screen select “Create an Account”
  3. Enter your email you would like to use (ex. jondoe@gmail.com)
  4. Enter a Password (Please note: The Password requirements are 8 minimum characters, 1 Upper case, 1 Lower case, 1 Digit and 1 Special Character)
  5. Confirm the same Password
  6. An email will be sent to your email address to Activate your account
  7. Select Activate your Account

After that step you should be able to login to the Hexia platform but will have no projects assigned. You will have to ask an administrator to give you permissions to your project.

  1. Ask your Administrator to create a Permission to the project with the email address you entered.
  2. An email should be sent to your email address stating your access has been modified.
  3. Select “View on Hexia” in the email.

*Some computer networks may block or route these emails directly to your junk or spam folder.
