Completed surveys displays the calculation of the number of surveys that were sent to users which were started, completed and/or abandoned.  

Started 
Surveys in which the emails were sent and received, and the user submitted their information to start the survey. 
 
Completed 
Surveys that were properly completed and submitted. 
 
Abandoned Survey 
A survey that was started but never submitted.
