Reviews

The Reviews page displays a summary of customer reviews published on your online pages over a selected time period, across various service locations and platforms.

We recommend always responding to negative comments posted on your pages and not overlooking positive reviews—they are just as important to respond to.

1. Filters available at the top of the page:

  • Points of service: Select a specific POS
  • Date range: Define the review analysis period
  • Platform: Filter reviews by platform (e.g., Google, Facebook, etc.)
  • Language, Review type, Rating, Tags/Filters, Actions, Answers: Additional options to refine the results
  • Search bar: Search for a specific review by user or service location

2. “Summary” Section:

  • Total number of reviews and number of reviews responded to
  • Rating breakdown by star category (percentage)

3. Detailed Reviews Table

Each row corresponds to a customer review and includes the following information:

  • Platform: e.g., Google
  • Code: Internal identifier of the POS
  • POS: City or location of the POS
  • Address: Physical address of the POS
  • Client name: Author of the review
  • Rating: Star rating
  • Comment: Text of the customer review
  • Date: Date and time the review was posted
  • Responded: Indicates whether an employee has replied to the review (✓ if answered, blank if not)

The Reply button allows you to access the interface for responding to reviews. You have multiple options:

  • Type a custom reply directly into the text box
  • Or select a predefined reply from the Template dropdown menu
    (Note: You must have created response templates beforehand)

If you select a template, make sure to choose the publication language from the dropdown menu just below the template selection.

Once your response is written, simply click the Reply button to publish it online.
The Close button returns you to the list of pending reviews.

In summary: This table allows you to monitor and manage customer reviews across multiple platforms, track their distribution by rating, and ensure proper follow-up through responses.
