You have the possibility to export your reviews for a specific date range. This export will include:

• Locations
• Plateform where the review was left
• Username who left the review
• Review
• Rating
• Date
• Answered or not
• Name of replier
• Answer
• Answer date

This export can be done from 2 different pages

• Dashboard / Overview
• Reviews Menu

1. Dashboard / Overview

On all widgets from this page, you will find a download icon. Once you click on this icon, you have a choice of downloading an Excel or CSV file.

2. Reviews Menu

On this page, the download button is permanently positioned in the top right corner of the page. You have the choice to select between Excel or CSV.
